I devided the whole building in separate different parts, only combining the one that look the same in the real building. Then I went through the process of opening all the UVs. They had to be well organised and with straight lines, because I will later take them to Photoshop and paint them.

After opening the UV, I took them to photoshop, and started painting it. I took a frame of the footage, placed in the scene, and cut the parts I would use. Then with the clone stamp I started to fill the spots left blank. In that way I assumed I would get a similar look with the original building.
Then I took back to maya and applied the painting to a aiStandardSurface shader. I used the same jpg to fill both base color and normal.

I basically did that the whole building.
